Website Development Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are made between Lead Squre Tech Pvt.Ltd. and the Client  for the development of a website as outlined in the proposal.

2. Scope of Work

The Developer will deliver the website based on the specifications outlined in the proposal, including design, development, and basic SEO. Any additional work or changes outside the scope will incur extra charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. The Client is also responsible for ensuring all content provided is legally compliant.

4. Ownership of Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client owns the rights to the website design and content. The Developer retains rights to use any general components (e.g., code libraries, frameworks) in other projects.

5. Hosting and Maintenance

The Developer may offer hosting services, but the Client is responsible for ongoing hosting costs unless otherwise agreed. Maintenance and updates are not included unless specified.

6. Timeline

The Developer will provide an estimated timeline. Delays in content or feedback from the Client may extend the timeline.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice. The Client will be charged for any work completed up until termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website.
